When a customer calls a business number powered by Auto Text Backer and the call goes unanswered, we collect the caller's phone number in order to send an automated SMS follow-up on behalf of the business.

2. How We Use Your Information

Phone numbers are used solely to send appointment-related SMS messages on behalf of the barber or stylist whose number you called. We do not use your number for marketing or share it with third parties.

3. No Sharing of Mobile Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our automated SMS assistant. You will only receive messages in direct response to a call you placed or a reply you sent.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
