1. SMS Program
Auto Text Backer is a product of TANNER SNOW. Auto Text Backer provides conversational customer-care SMS messages related to appointment inquiries. When an incoming telephone call cannot be answered, the caller is offered the optional choice to continue the inquiry by SMS.
2. Consent
Calling the number does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. A caller opts in only by pressing 1 after hearing the complete SMS disclosure. Pressing 2, hanging up, or allowing the prompt to time out means the caller has declined SMS, and no message will be sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or email tanner@autotextbacker.com.

Use of the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy.
